This one was: What should be in place before considering or starting a forum?
- An existing audience
- Rules and code of conduct
- A critical mass of people who would like to participate
- Budget
- A clear idea of discussions that should happen at the beginning
- Ensuring it will solve a problem/need
- Goal of the forum
- Goals/a purpose
- Experiment with discussion or ideas in other locations, to understand what people really care about
