Today I discovered a community for Over Employed people, a trend over the pandemic of people working two jobs. A quick peek inside the Discord and I can see stories of people making 650k per year. Wild.

They have a Discord with over 40k members

This reminds me of an article I read, maybe a couple months back now, about tech workers, mainly engineers, playing the FAANG-type companies off each other for increasingly higher comp roles.

It was like a game to see who could get the highest score, but with comp packages instead of points.

Part of it appeals to me — who wouldn’t love to make more money? — but I can’t imagine living what that lifestyle must entail. :person_shrugging:
