I’d like to explore the following requirement:
A tool/app that allows in-person conference attendees to plan/build their own schedule in advance — before they attend a multi-track in-person conference.
What tools have you used that could do this? What would you recommend and why?
I wonder if something like this would work, it’s a note taking tool with more of a focus on community.
We used sched in the past, it worked well, each person can make their own agenda, you can also have an app for your phone.
Note: We used it 3 years in a row until 2018, so I didn’t look for more alternatives recently. We ended up making a web app including agenda with an “add to calendar” button in each session.
