How would you categorize your community tech stack?

I recently wrote about rethinking what a community tool is.

We also have a discussion on community tech stacks that we use.

Tools and technology come and go, but perhaps categorizing the types of tools we use is an approach that has more longevity. Considering the types of tools we use can also help us identify how we overlap with other parts of the business.

e.g. we may use a CRM, but sales, customers success and marketing may also use the same CRM.

Carrie touches on front-end and back-end tools, which is a great way to think about them.
