- Communities think they don’t have enough to get started
as humans we are enough and there is abundance all around us.

Communities can self-sabotage when they focus too much on their own needs ahead of the needs of their members, sometimes because of pressure higher up.
It’s easy to get caught in this trap as it’s so easy revert to seeing from our own perspective without realizing it (even if we’re good at empathizing). But as with anything we build, it’s all about serving others. If we don’t course correct, that will end up being detrimental in the long run.
