Hi, I’m Helen :wave: I’m fairly new to community management (my background is in environmental management :herb:). I’ve been working in the sector for about 3yrs now. Community Management became part of my role in my last job, and then I was offered a role solely on Community Management in a different organisation so made the change :raised_hands:

Hmmmm, community and the environment is an interesting one and equally not one that I’ve had much experience with (yet) - I mainly work with membership bodies. I definitely think there is scope for online communities to shape the way that the environment is considered but it’s a very daunting industry to work in! :recycle: :deciduous_tree: :earth_asia:

Right now, I’m just happy to have found Rosieland and look forward to participating in future discussions! :speech_balloon:
