Don't just do a survey, ask meaningful questions and showcase the answers

I make it no secret that I’m not a fan of surveys, the ones I see or have done never seem to give back to the people. They don’t call them out by name. They don’t thank them.

But that doesn’t mean that we can’t seek feedback and make sense of it all.
