I lead a large Engineering community of proactice in a large financial institution and its been a real joy to take it from nothing to a really thriving community. However I am looking for ideas on how we capture benefits for communities. As with a lot of organsiations showing the pounds and pence for each community member is a tricky thing to get right. I would love to see what strategies and approaches other CoP have used to show the value add of a community?
